HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Browse Our Data Handling Commitments

Data security at playindia is not a checkbox — it is built into every layer of how accounts are created, how payments are processed and how long we retain records.

Data Collection

We collect only what is necessary: your registered name, email, phone number and the payment identifiers tied to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. Nothing more is stored without your explicit consent.

Cookie Usage

Our site uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages you visit. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time without losing your account access.

Account Security

Every playindia account is protected by encrypted password storage and optional two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. We never store your UPI PIN or Paytm wallet password on our servers.

Data Retention

We retain account records for the period required under Indian financial regulations. Once that period ends and your account is closed, personal identifiers are deleted from our active database and anonymised in backups.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the data we hold, correct inaccuracies, request deletion and withdraw marketing consent at any time. These rights apply where local law permits and can be exercised through email or live chat.

Policy Updates

When this policy changes in a material way, we send a notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the new terms take effect, so you have time to read them and contact us with questions.

Open Questions About Your Privacy Rights

The questions below cover the data and privacy topics our account holders ask about most. If your question is not listed here, our privacy support team is available via live chat or email and will respond within 48 hours.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and, where KYC is required, a government-issued ID. Payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are also stored to process deposits and withdrawals accurately.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with regulatory or legal authorities when required by Indian law.

Send a written request to our privacy inbox from your registered email address or raise it via live chat inside your account. We will deliver a copy of your data within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through email or live chat. We will close your account and remove personal identifiers from our active systems, subject to the retention periods required under Indian financial regulations.

Payment references are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a separate, access-controlled environment. We never store your UPI PIN, PhonePe password or Paytm wallet credentials on our servers at any point.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to maintain your login session and analyse page usage so we can improve the account experience. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings without losing account access.
